Why study skills matter more than parents realise
Studying hard and studying effectively are not the same thing.
Many parents assume that if their child is putting in the hours, the marks will follow. Without the right strategies, a student can spend three hours on a chapter and retain very little of it, not because they are not capable, but because no one has ever taught them how to learn.

This service is suitable for students from Grade 8 to Grade 12 and is particularly valuable from Grade 10 when workload increases.

Most students notice a difference within the first few weeks of applying the strategies. Results depend on how consistently the techniques are practiced.
Can you guarantee higher marks?
I can't guarantee higher marks, but I can guarantee that your child will learn proven techniques to study more effectively, properly manage their time and approach learning with greater confidence. This often leads to improved performance.

Initial Consultation
An online session which can take up to 60 minutes to understand your child's learning needs and explain the process.

Psychometric Testing
An online assessment to explore your child's learning style, personality and study preferences. Takes approximately an hour.

Study Skills Sessions
Three focused interactive sessions in which we cover all the study skills material. All content is tailored to your child's unique needs. Each session is 1 hour long.

Personalised Study
Skills Booklet
A booklet packed with strategies, tools and study methods for ongoing success. Follow-up sessions can also be arranged.
